"Mixte" frame / Cadre mixte. "Mixte" means "unisex". Serial number starts with Y904, and decals fit with 1979-1983 models, while the chain guard resembles 1970s designs, so this is very likely a 1979 touring model. I levelled the handlebars and lowered the stem (it was a bit too high for safety) after taking these photos.

"Peugeot 103" is the tubing used for the frame (thus the words "tube spécial" above it).
